How Does It Work?

  • The Assessment

    The experience begins with a self-assessment powered by the LPI®: Leadership Practices Inventory®.

    The LPI is a rigorously validated instrument, developed by James Kouzes and Barry Posner, which is backed by 35+ years of research and trusted by more than five million leaders worldwide

  • The Report

    After taking the assessment, each participant receives an individualised report of their assessment results with a personal narrative about their leadership behaviours and areas where they can take action to grow as a leader.

    With a high level of detail and actionable takeaways, the report delivers personalised insights to build self-awareness’ and spark definitive action for development.

  • The facilitation

    The learning culminates in a half-day facilitator led, in-person or virtual training session which brings the personalised insights from the participant’s report to life with powerful activities and impactful discussions. The learning experience engages the learner in action planning and inspires commitment to continue their self -leadership development.
