ABOUT ME
I fundamentally believe that people should feel fulfilled and comfortable being themselves at work. By allowing people the freedom to be themselves in the workplace, they are supported to grow and be the best version of themselves. This freedom is at the heart of every organisation’s success. It affects teamwork, leadership and it affects the way an organisation deals with its’ customers.
I am the founder of Authentic Ewe and I started it because I am passionate about supporting organisations to develop an engaged, collaborative and adaptive culture. I have over 20 years’ experience in working with businesses to strengthen their organisational culture and I am an International Coaching Federation’s Associate Certified Coach. Through the programs I deliver, my mission is to change the way that people go to work every day, to change the way they interact with their colleagues and to change the way that they feel about being themselves in the workplace.
My approach
My role, through Authentic Ewe, is to be a trusted Performance partner with the organisations that I work with, to get what matters most right – your people.
In designing my programs, I have specifically chosen tools and research that work in the everyday flow of work and are easy to understand and apply by everyone.
All my facilitated events start with the focus on self-discovery because -nobody gives you feedback better than yourself!
I believe in a holistic approach to organisational culture development and therefore, I have developed a suite of programs, that support a “bottom up” AND “top down” approach.
My programs link together, to ensure that EVERY single contributor is included, made to feel that their contribution is important and that they matter.
To achieve an engaged, collaborative and adaptive culture, organisations need to ensure that everyone is provided with the tools and development to play their part.
